we're building a community around properly made coffee in agra. small batch, made to order, poured at pop-ups.
in agra you get two options. instant in a paper cup at a stall, or a mall café where most of what you pay for is the seating and the air conditioning. good coffee is either dumbed down or locked behind a price.
so we're building the thing we wanted instead — small batches, cold brew steeped overnight, matcha whisked to order — taken to where people already gather. no storefront, no gatekeeping, nobody explaining what you're allowed to like.
the point was never to open a café. it's to build something people feel part of: a crowd that shows up for the pour, stays an hour, and brings someone along next time.
we haven't poured a cup for anyone yet. so rather than tell you how good it is, here's what we're binding ourselves to — in public, before batch 01.
hod coffee is run fifty-fifty by saransh and saumya, out of agra. we'll brew it, load the cart, pour it and wash up afterwards — there's nobody else to do it.
we're not a chain testing a new city. we live here, and we'd like the coffee here to be worth staying for.
the first pop-up, the first batch and where to find us all get posted there before anywhere else. follow and you'll know first.
follow on instagrambooking the cart for an event, a collaboration, or press — send it here and we'll reply on whatsapp within a day.
